Wyoming "e" Academy of Virtual Education
A distance education program offered by Fremont County School District #21, Fort Washakie High School
Fremont County School District #21 has sponsored the Wyoming "e" Academy of Virtual Education (WeAVE), Wyoming's only on-line/virtual high school, for the past four years. FCSD #21 will continue to sponsor the high school distance education program offered by WeAVE. WeAVE offers a full on-line high school curriculum. WeAVE course information and offerings can be found on our website under "Academics". Our courses are high school level courses designed for 9th through 12th grade students. WeAVE courses have been and will be delivered by WeAVE and Fort Washakie Charter High School (FWCHS).
At any given time, there are about 50 FWCHS students enrolled in four to seven WeAVE courses. In addition to FWCHS students, there are usually about 150 to 200 students across the state enrolled in WeAVE courses through their local school district. Three to Five hundred WeAVE courses are completed by students every year.
