Wyoming Connections Academy

A distance education program offered by Big Horn County School District #1

Students can enroll in Wyoming Connections Academy online at following a clear, three-stage process:

  1. In the first stage, students (or their parents) enter all pertinent contact data (such as address, grade completed, etc.), and choose a username and password for online completion of the process. 
  2. The resident district is contacted via an MOU for approval into the program and the Distance Learning Plan is completed. 
  3. The student/parent provides needed documentation such as proof of address, immunization, and prior school records for curriculum placement purposes. 
  4. The student is approved for enrollment based on submission of all needed paperwork, the Distance Learning Plan listing enrolled courses is filed with the resident district, and a final confirmation is made for shipping of relevant materials and equipment. Students may begin schoolwork upon completion of the third stage.
