Prospective enrollees can log on to either: http://www.wyvs.org or http://www.k12.com where they will be instructed to complete approximately three pages of an online application. Specified documents (birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency, etc) must be mailed or faxed to the Campbell County Virtual School office upon completion of the on-line registration. Each registering student must complete a placement test in Math and Language Arts as part of the registration process. Once the online application is complete; all the necessary documents have been received; and the placement tests have been taken, the student and their parent/guardian will receive a phone call from a placement advisor. At this time, a decision will be made concerning the level of materials the child will need for the year and the materials order will be placed. For students residing outside of Campbell County, a memorandum of understanding between the resident district and Campbell County School District must be completed before registration is complete.
