The resident district will be required to maintain all permanent records for their students enrolled in Campbell County Virtual School. Additional expectations may be included in the Memorandum of Understanding between the resident district and the Campbell County Virtual School.
Training
Campbell County Virtual School staff will communicate with local site coordinators for training related to meeting the needs of the distance education student. Follow-up communication will occur throughout the school year as needed.
Conflict resolution
Campbell County Virtual School has a conflict resolution program in place that addresses the areas of: curriculum, enrollment, materials, online school, school records, and technical issues. This program identifies a point of contact, expectations, and a time line for resolution. This document is available upon request. The Campbell County Virtual School has published a parent/student handbook outlining operating procedures for the school. Each family will receive a copy upon enrollment in the program.
